(he worked with the dining staff and brought humor and delight for every meal, and then appeared at our last breakfast in this fabulous hat. The shirt is the type he wears, always so white, and exquisite trim in the folds.  ---am now dressed in warm layers with heater and gas fire, landed into grey, dark, cold and leftover blobs of white - what a difference 4600 miles makes north to south!)
