Icy falls

Lots of frozen bits of water on the streams that we passed today on our local x-country ski trip.
We had to change our route because the wild weather ie strong Foehn wind had blown lots of debris on to the tracks. It was very windy in the Coufin bowl so we headed home a different way.

Went to a Japanese restaurant in Montreux. Very impressed with the buffet. Lovely lights by the lake. See extra.
