what a great day . . . . .

over to the metropolis on the east side to collect:

new (second hand) oars, sails, rudder, and other boaty bits
new (second hand) guitar - pictured here being bonded with :)
new (second hand) gardening book - we searched for this on the internet and found it at a minium cost of £65 - and found it by chance rummaging in a second hand book shop for the grand total of £8 (result :)
new (second hand) knitting needles for me :)

then a picnic with kelly kettle on the way back home again - it doesn't get much better than this . . . . . .
