Mitchell Library

Despite now living in Glasgow for 35yrs, I had never been in this iconic Library. Regrettably, the main hall is closed due the need for a £2m+ glass roof repair. It doesn't sound much when compared to ridiculous salaries paid to football players, but councils are cash-strapped. However, a very helpful doorman let me in for a look at one of the domes. A very impressive building, and I hope it can be restored to its former glory.
