Funny running

Or not that funny, as the case may be! I woke up a 5am but had had a good eight hours so it wasn't an issue. The issue is that they marked out hands with a green cross which meant that we had been marked out as veterans! I haven't hit 40 yet let alone the 50 years required to be a vet - the same applies to my running partners for the morning so we did manage a giggle. Anyway - we did it, got the certificate and found out that the hand marker ladies hasn't been taking much notice of the colour coding so all is forgiven. Due to the weather this afternoons helicopter display is cancelled so we can flop about on sofas and have a nice roast supper.
