Great, full day

It began in Portland waking, stretching and nervously preparing a small breakfast and coffee. I drove to Cape Elizabeth and found parking at Gull Crest which was a nice couple mile warm up from the start. I found Gerry down Ram Island finished the warm up and found plenty of space in the 6:30 area of the corral. Ran a 19:40 first three but a 21:30 second three for a respectable but also miserable 42:41. I found Carrie after a bit and we decided to run home together. Started to bonk just after the middle school.
After some laundry and piddling around the house Walker and I packed for Portsmouth. We met Char and the girls at sushi and then settled in at New Castle. I drove back north before dinner to collect Reed after his first round 98 in the CA Junior CC. We had a fun big Meme dinner with a nearly full table and then watched the Red Sox and Peavy defeat the Diamondbacks.
