Better Late Than Never

Rugby club for the morning, as in previous days so cold that the outside work was blitzed to get it done as quickly as possible.
I was away at midday, a visit to the library to renew my card before meeting David for our monthly get together.
A hugely enjoyable three hour lunch of ham, egg & chips with a couple of coffees. The time seems to fly by.
Home to find a package had arrived from Joshua containing rugby kit that should have arrived in December but was apparently “damaged beyond repair”, this was the replacements. Shorts for Sam and an England ‘squad’ shirt donated by a player for me. It’s the first ‘players fit’ shirt I have owned and is surprisingly comfortable.

Looking forward to giving it an airing this Saturday.
