Wet!

I had to negotiate this puddle on my walk to the paper shop and back this morning - there was just enough dry edge by the fence to avoid getting wet feet. We seemed to have more rain than usual last year and this year hasn't so far proved much better! For some reason the drain at this point in the road doesn't cope well with even moderate amounts of rain: a few years back the drain connections were completely replaced but it didn't seem to make much difference!

I've not got into doing the February Mono Month Challenge this year but this looks best in B&W so I'll tag it for that today.
