Rather you than me!

Walking back from an excellent breakfast at Cool River, our favourite cafe in Matlock, this morning, we noticed quite a large group of kayakers who it has to said, were not in the first flush of youth!
Part of me said "good on you" and another part said "what are you thinking of?" 
Either way, I'm glad I got my exercise today at an indoor bouldering wall :)
