A lovely but cold walk with Django in the morning. There was a lot of air ice in the estate. Then, I did some baking for tonight's book group and read. We had our book group meeting in the evening, the book was Another country by James Baldwin, which we all liked but in varying degrees. We didn't quite agree with the ending and one person commented that she disliked all the characters.
Yesterday was the second of the "free for all" day at Julian's mum's flat, and most things are now gone. It's incredible what people take - someone even went away with the half-bottle of washing-up liquid that I am still using there, as well as the kitchen roll, but the lovely Denby set was left until quite late. There's still quite a lot to do, but I am getting there.
