Pitstop

A break at Annandale Services as we journeyed north towards our destination of Sterling. 

Tonight was the British Night Orienteering Championships at Touch Estate. It involved being bused to the area. A steep climb up a muddy bank aided by a rope and physical challenging technical courses. I started well but made a big mistake when tired towards the end finishing in fourth. 

Pleased I made the effort to go and finished the course after losing contact with the map and needing to relocate. Club mates Helen and Steve finished 2nd and 3rd respectively.

Thomas has accepted a graduate position with BAE as a systems engineer. In a highly competitive recruitment process he is delighted to have secured a position.
