A Picture Of You

Day 4 in the August challenge and time for the dreaded self portrait.

As I woke up not too dizzy I got it out of the way early-ish, Stella was slightly camera shy today!

Got rather dizzy and nauseous after walkies which was a shame as I got 6 hours sleep last night which I haven't had for ages. The headache still lingers, but, the excruciating ear pain hasn't been around for a couple of days so that's something good :)

Silent Sunday is a bit fruity today :)
