Kailzie

A lovely day off today spent with a friend.
Our original plan to meet at Dawyck was switched to Kailzie last-minute due to continued Eowyn-damage closure.

The unexpected rain meant we had a (very) leisurely brunch before a soggy walk around the snowdrop-festooned gardens. Then it was in to Peebles for a browse but had forgotten there's not much open on a Sunday. We decamped into The Tontine and spent the rest of the afternoon catching up in comfort over tea and mocktails. A wee ice cream treat before heading our separate ways hit the spot nicely. 

In other news it's PA'S 4th birthday today. Hard to believe really.
