Friends to dinner

Having spent the last few days working on my lasagne, today’s blip shows the end of the story. All plates were cleared so I think they liked it! :-)
Whenever R and J come for dinner, we always have a communal meal, so they brought dessert. A very tasty apple cake and custard, and an eton mess with lots of fruit.
