This is meant to be a masonry drill bit (with an arrowhead tip), and it isn't meant to have a colourful finish... Imogen did loads of DIY at the weekend, including drilling several holes into brick for shelf brackets; it was v. hard going, and this tip seems to have had a bit too much because it is showing both heat damage (the metal has blued) and is also missing its hammer-head-esque shoulders. Oops!

The shelves look fab, and Im also (single-handedly) repaired and decorated a corner that I'd assumed would require the attention of a plasterer.
