Uniforms

The first uniform that I had to wear to work was chef's whites. I moved from that to wearing a bow tie as a children's entertainer on a holiday camp. One way or another I progressed to jobs where I had to wear a collar and tie every day - I'm pleased to have moved on from that some time ago; I cannot remember when I last had to wear a tie to work. That doesn't mean that I've got rid of them, there is a carrier bag full of times in the bottom of my wardrobe. This is a tiny selection; I'd guess that they are at least 30 years old (except the one with the OU logo). I'll get them to a charity shop - there may be someone out there who is desparate for a garish red tie.
