And so it starts. . .

It’s a Cold chilly day, perfect for batch cooking. So this afternoon I am making a batch of Lasagna’s I use Quorn mince, and mushrooms, grated courgettes, a glug of red wine, garlic, herbs, Aromat, using up some Cherry tomatoes as well as Passatta, Lee & Perrins Worcester sauce etc. layers of different flavours. Then layered between Lasagne sheets. Topped off with white sauce and grated Mozzarella.
