Debris

Another cloudy damp day but I wanted to get on with winter jobs so I got the steps and tools out this morning and took the top growth off the pollarded ash at the end of the garden
It hangs over the stream so a bit difficult to get to and I have let it get a bit big this time but I had it down by lunch time.
Our neighbour has a wood burner so I will cut up the larger bits and take them around the rest I will put through the chipper 
This afternoon we went to the garden machinery shop and got some chainsaw oil then onto the garden centre for hot chocolate and a toasted tea cake 
When we got home I glued the final batch of bases on the organ pipes 
Horrid day
