Real or Fake?

Mark and I planned to have a walk along the river this morning but the weather was horribly cold and wet so our walk turned out to be a little shorter than expected.  We came across this heron en route.  Model animals have been placed in different spots along the river and I assumed this heron was one of those … until it moved :-))
