A busy day today, well for me anyway.  Dentist in Silloth this morning and a wander along the sea front afterwards.  Always go and say hello to this lovely man sitting on a bench with his dog looking over the Solway to Criffel in Scotland.  I've blipped him a few times in the past.  Since I was last there six months ago, some exercise equipment has been installed near the statue, (extras).  No I didn't have a go on any, way too cold!  Wonder if it will be used?  

Back home for a cuppa before going to Carlisle for groceries.  Its a neighbour's birthday today, so went over with a card and some posh biscuits for him.  Stayed for a cuppa and lovely chat as always.
