Guess who’s not coming to dinner

A dreich, grey raw day with bursts of hail and sleet and, with the wind, feeling much colder than the registered temperature.

So indoors for much of the day. After yesterday’s seed planting and with the forecast over the next week or so looking cool to cold, I commandeered the dining room table and brought everything indoors. With an unheated greenhouse there was no way I would begin to reach the 15oC + required for germination.

Good thing we are not expecting guests any day soon.
