Reorganise

We have a new Chief Exec who wants to review our structure.  Here we go again.

He has scheduled a series of briefings to tell us about his plans.  The language is very similar to what we were told 5 years ago and we haven't recovered from that.  People are already worried about what wider reorganisation of Local Government and a Greater Essex will mean for them and our service.  There was nothing said to reassure anyone that we are in safe hands.
