Lunch and tea

6am would normally be a good time for me to write, but since I’ve been awake since around 3.30am my brain is feeling definitely woolly.  I haven’t had any coffee yet, just peppermint tea, so I’ve had no caffeine kick either.

Lunch was an M&S side dish, I think the spinach and potato one. Is it Saag Gobi - I’ll look it up.  And tea I fried up a mix from the fridge and freezer. I usually have rice, but I think I enjoyed the potato more.

I had a bad patch in the morning when my gut was protesting and I felt like I’d been kicked. I took some paracetamol in the morning, but I’ve had none since and I’m really pleased not to reach out for them during the night,  I’ve just had some banana and a biscuit and the banana was definitely better for me than the shortbread biscuit ( and I buy the fairly plain Patterson ones).  Sweet stuff is not my friend at the moment, though dark chocolate with sea salt or orange definitely is.

Horrible day yesterday, it rained most of the day and it was dark.  I always say I like February because the days start getting longer, but I just like the days with blue sky and sun. I don’t think the forecast is good all week.

Oh and I managed to send three items back to Amazon via Wortley Post Office.
