Field Of Dreams

This shot of NM emerging from the cornfield reminds me of the film Field of Dreams. As you can see the signpost indicates that the path runs through this field.

We completed the second stage of the Sandstone Trail, plus a little extra, today. The highlights were the wonderful views of 8 different counties from Old Pale, the atmospheric Urchin's Kitchen, a glacial drainage channel formed towards the end of the last Ice Age. But the highlight for me was, as we were walking along the edge of another cornfield, a badger ran out of the field, scuttled across the path, barely three feet in front of me, and dived into its set on the edge of the path.
