Everyday I stumble upon a tip or two in relation to handstand training that I often try to incorporate as much as possible in my daily routine. Although it might take longer to achieve the proper alignment for freestanding handstands, doing drills by themselves definitely has made me more focused, patient and self-compassionate.

In the extras is a photo taken during a relative's 85th birthday at her home. Only my Ma is familiar with most guests but am glad we came as lunch was catered by Healthy Plate, one of our go-to restaurants when we can't have home cooked meals.
