Thank you for all your kind comments these last few days. Haven't had a chance to comment much lately but will try and catch up.

Epilogue from yesterdays mountain bike outing. Turns out something bit me that caused a major allergy on my left elbow and underarm. It swole so much that I ended up going to hospital to have it looked at. Luckily it's only a local allergy, but my arm still looks like Popeye's today.
