A naughty secret

Another hospital run to the Dorch, and I had time to nip into this café for a naughty bacon sandwich – while my passenger was getting her treatment.

My excuse was that I needed to keep warm, having had a shingles injection yesterday (with associated after-effects), and the café in the hospital was a Costa – I preferred the greasy spoon to the polished chain café.
