Modern One with swans
Another grey day with a cold E wind. Afternoon walk aiming at Modern Two; it's closed while they hang the next exhibition. Walking over to Modern One we saw a swan pair on the Jencks landform pond.
The tearoom was busy. Down the steps to the Water of Leith from there and walked towards Stockbridge. The path had puddles, but not much mud. Rescued a dog ball which had been pushed through the fence onto the overgrown bank above the lower path along the river between St Bernard's Well and St Bernard's bridge; involved a certain amount of scrambling through vegetation.
Back by Royal Circus and Great King Street.
