This morning I had a hair appointment which lasted longer than I'd expected - almost three hours! - so I was late for my literature class on Zoom this afternoon. We were discussing Orbital again, the Booker Prize winner by Samantha Harvey. Next week we have a short story by Alice Munro and the week after for two weeks, Jane Austen's Persuasion which I've started and will take a while to read.
