1 & 2

Both rooms set up on Monday, one for the filming and one for a Victorian Day. I took photos because a) room  1 never looks that tidy, we ‘tidied’ by storing outside and b) we don’t usually use room 2 for Victorians thinking it’s too cramped. It was! 
I managed one more rota today, two more to go. I hate rotas, I may have mentioned that before!

Bureaucracy hit a new high today when I was told I needed to do a risk assessment for the new team member who has asthma. I expressed my surprise, at least three other team members, including myself have asthma and I’ve never done one before. And what about other medical conditions? Is it a person. Entered RA or a medical condition one that will cover all? I’m not qualified on medical conditions, but how can I ‘demand’ information on staff? The person telling me I needed it couldnt really answer the questions but still insisted that I can do an RA for asthma because I must know about it. Hmmmmm, it’s not like there is managed and severe!!
