Navigating the Bureacracy

I had looked forward to lunch with my friend Donna but she called to cancel as she was not well. Lots of flu going around here these days. 

So instead, it turned out to be the first of two days dealing with governments, insurance companies and MobileTelephone conglomerates, which I may describe in tomorrow's posting...I am too frustrated right now.

PS: the photo is of the passport office - which by the way turned out to be easy peasy to navigate and I did get the 10 year option! Always the optimist? Not!
