This is one of the few times I passed Rick on the ride today, I made the mistake of requesting some hills on the route and my legs were buckled by the end. Still a brilliant way to spend a morning. Typically enough Arlo wanted me to run along beside him on his scooter this afternoon "Daddy your slowing me down a little bit" was his polite hint that I wasn't quite up to my usual pace.
