The weak, watery sunlight in today’s photo hides how bitterly cold it was out at Vounder Farm. Assessment Day for planting outdoors, Cornwall's clay based soil that we were digging out with trowels was heavy and wet but we got there. A couple of breaks to dive back into the poly-tunnel for a thaw out and hot drink helped.
Home via town to pick up some of those wire ‘thingy’s’ that clear the tubes on your hearing aids.
The journey home also allowed me to finish the last episode of the ‘Stake Knife’ podcast a little disappointed but that’s life.
