Blue sky

Up for an early walk with a couple of snow showers but also our first glimpse of blue sky all week. Then back for a quick breakfast before we drove up to Saltburn.

Unfortunately the funicular wasn’t open so we drove back down to beach level, found another cafe for the oldies (no offence to anyone) while the rest of us had a walk on the beach.

We had a picnic in the cars and then back to the cottage for another lovely meal and a couple of drinks. It’s been a lovely week away, could do with a couple more days!

Three positives
1) finally saw some sunshine
2) Charlotte’s last show went well
3) looking forward to seeing her tomorriw
