Bambi Grew Up

There's always been a strange bond between antelopes and me.

Of course there's a story to that...
When I grew up I my parents and I lived on the outskirts of the Sahara desert, in what now is called Burkina Faso, where my father was engineer on one of the roads connecting the desert to the west African coast now called Ghana.

When I became 1 year old my parents gave me a very special present... my very first baby pet called Bambi.

Needless to explain why we connect ;-) For those who want to take a stroll into ancient history and can stand the extreme heat... here's my birthday picture!
