A hearty lunch

I couldn’t decide what to make for lunch on Friday. Then realising it would be Valentine’s Day I decided to use up bits and bobs from the fridge for a ‘sort of’ quiche in my heart shaped silicone cases.

They rose rather alarmingly in the oven and it looked like a messy clear up would be in order but some judicious parting, prodding and shaking managed to keep them in order until they cooled and shrank down.
