Fetch!

The light was really far too dull for an action shot at the ford in the river this evening, but I couldn't resist posting this anyway.

There was a big family gathering today, which included many from a previous phase of my life. It is always lovely to see most of them, but I find it emotionally draining.

My way of dealing with meeting significant people from the past is to smile broadly and kiss them on both cheeks 'mwah mwah'
- that and to wear my killer heels and best lippy!

I needed a good walk with the dog, and a bit of stick throwing, after so much 'mwahing'
