Cornish bus.

Dreadful weather this morning. We went to Penzance being I wanted to go to the bank.we have many different colour buses in Cornwall. I did read this week that open top buses are not viable during the summer,and that will be going to weymouth. Cornwall council need to save money and having to make cutbacks. Social care and children's services is costing such a lot.also read this morning the recycling centres are going to open less days aweek.i don't expect we are the only county having to make cut backs.
