Love is…

…splashing around in muddy trails!

A lovely Friday off today so I took the new shoes out to splash in some puddles. My training has been pavement heavy for the last few weeks so I was delighted to get back off-road.

The search continues for the right shoe for the old lady bunion feet. Cheers, genes.

I plan to continue this day of love by visiting the library. That’s a lot of love in one day.

And I’ll also cook dinner for friends but will refuse to call it some lame riff on valentines.
