HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY

I saw this flower arrangement out & about, so I am sending it to you
with kind affection.  My guided meditation recommends extending
loving kindness to ourselves, also, on this festive day, when we usually
spread it far & wide.  

The sun peeked out, along with a bit of  blue sky, on our walk, which were 
very welcome.  All things seem possible on a day like today.
