Rather than four...

Early start - plumber fixed a problem with the toilet ✓
After himself walked P in the woods, I did a 3 minute 'free style' unaided walk around the carpark. I'm to increase this slowly, as physio thinks the rollator is now holding me back (good news!)
Visit to the hot pork sarnie ladies, then home to await the tele consult with my GP, ref recent CT scan. Different news to expected, so need to see him face to face.
Did this little doodle either side of speaking to him... Gave it a bit of a pop - original in extra.
