The Leaving of Liverpool

Our last day away. We visited the Museum of Liverpool for a few hours - it took us that long to recover from the icy blast outside. The city, and its history, is fascinating. So is the library - in the photo.
We arrived at the station early and, from there, all the connections worked smoothly. Our wonderful sister/in-law picked us up from our local station, with a birthday cake for me - what a star.
