With the state of the world the way it is you would hope that people at a local level would have some care and consideration for those around them.

Unfortunately, some lowlife scum thought it would be fun to destroy part of the community funded statue of Neil Gow, celebrated fiddle player and composer of the area. 

May karma come around for them.
