Poncho Day

Today the little girl on the left and her mum came from Twizel to spend the afternoon learning how to crochet.  Here we are wearing our poncho's, but we soon had to take them off because it was too hot, +29C.  We had a lovely time chatting with our hooks and wool.

I don't know about the Wanaka Challenge, but I do know that a lot more streets were closed today.  It will be nice to get back to normal tomorrow.
