Sorry KD, I am gloating just a bit but look at this!!
Another gorgeous day. Himself feeling a bit vertiginous so taking it easy. Nonetheless we went into Takaka after breakfast to consult the jeweller, a very interesting man whose other forte is colonic irrigation!!  No ring jokes please but one was chosen and is being slightly adjusted, ready for collection tomorrow. It's an amalgamation of golds and silver and rather lovely. We then had a mooch around the market which was busy and colourful and I was treated to some pounamu ( greenstone) earrings. Armed with walnut and blue cheese light pastry thingies, we went round to Joe's for lunch. Later he and I went off for a swim at Tata, the colours where incredible and the swim delicious.
Next up a quick chill then Himself and I went off to see A Complete Unknown in the Takaka picture house - Joe went off to paint something. We both loved the film and thought it very emotional and well done. Timothee thingy was incredible 
Joe then joined us for supper in Dangerous where large Buddha bowls were consumed.
Yes, the swimming will take precedence over the tattoo !
The extra is of a young man who is travelling around NZ with his piano, and very good he was too.
