My Nemesis

I hate having my blood pressure taken and have long term 'white coat' syndrome. After the explosive readings recorded from the stupid health pod at the gp surgery last week,  I've been asked to do a week of readings at home.  
If the machine seemed to be more consistent rather than seemingly generating random numbers each time,  I think I'd have more confidence in the whole process. 
Working from home today and had an online meeting with a researcher still in her pink stripy pyjamas first thing.  At least I was washed and dressed. 
Pleased to have got to another weekend.
