Prosperity Cookies

Just finished making this traditional Malay cookies for upcoming Eid.. it's called 'kuih Makmur' in my native tongue... Anyway, since I don't have the pinchers to make it look like leaves which symbolized money plant and prosperity.. I just rolled them into longitudinal or into balls.. :D

Then I sprinkle with confectioners sugar.. or you can omit it ... :)
