Different Herd, Just as Hairy

A fawn of the new Dryham Park fallow herd peeks up at me and decides I am after all a bit too close for comfort. A moment later she and the rest of her family are off and over the hill. But, you only need one decent shot, eh.

A stressful night, as I rolled around in my head all the things I need to get done for the Parish Council. I met with one of my previous Clerks this morning, and went over some of the things I don't know how to do. 

As Chairman one has the responsibility of keeping a tight meeting, and ensuring the Clerk does all the clever stuff. With my Clerk on long term sick I'm finding out she did a lot of stuff I don't know how to do!

I'm not expected to know, to be honest. But I am very much like that deer, at the moment; tense and twitching and wondering if it's better to run for the hills, lol.
