A new addition to the flock

I suspect that there will be a few other calves but this is the only one I have seen. Just a shame that it was in the large field across the river and almost too far away for a decent shot. There will be an influx of youngsters in the coming weeks and they will eventually find their way to the fence where they will be admired by many.

Another chilly day and even some sleet as drove over to sis's flat. Fortunately by the time we had parked the car it was dry but dull.
