A quiet Friday. Went to take my mother to tuolijumppa which means doing exercise sitting down. Mostly for ladies over 80 yrs.

Since it was Valentine's Day there were also heart shaped pastries with coffee. And after that a very boring lecture on skin care for the elderly. 

In the afternoon we went to see A's mother too and took her some tulips and a bottle of vermouth which was well received. 

In the evening just watching TV over some cucumber sandwiches. A set the alarm for 3am to see the ice hockey match between Finland and the USA. We lost miserably 1 - 6.
